New F1 Team Investors (season 9)

New F1 Team Investors (season 9)

To all F1 team owners! Read this article carefully, so there will not be any troubles later. Article explains detailed how to proceed with issuing new team shares and what to do with them.

In order to be able to receive new team investor money, you need to send a message to me to confirm how much money you want to accept. Maximum is 3M and that would generate new shares with value of 500 coins.

Now this can be done anytime until the end of season - of course just once per season between the week 7 and 11. Once the team manager confirms to me how much money you want, I will issue right number of your team shares with no owner and give money to the team. Wednesday is the first day you can get the money.

Then team owners have 3 days to confirm how much shares will be purchased by them. The price for one share to purchase will be the same as the share price at the time of shares issue (so 500 coins in total). Total price in coins will be rounded upstairs and there is no other fee for that.

If number of shares requested for purchase after these days is not higher than number of available shares then the purchase will be finalized. Rest of the shares will be placed to the auction.

If team owners will fail to find agreement and will request more shares than available. Team manager will get the notice and team will get short time to fix the issue. Otherwise all available shares will be placed for auction.

Team owners have to send message to me with the following info:
- team name: .....
- team id: .....
- number of shares to be purchased: ...

They MUST have enough coins on their account!
