Little More Info about Auctions

Little More Info about Auctions

Hi friends! To avoid all misunderstandings from my last news about F1, here is something which might make it more clear. Especially stuff about what is comming after deadline. It is important for all F1 team bidders. Your questions - my answers....

Q: What happens to the coins from non-successful team bids?
A: Coins will be refunded to bidders account, they can use them in the future for any purpouse.

Q: Why you allowed non-successful bidders to add coins to other bid after deadline?
A: Because it is possible that some users who spent a lot of money to purchase coins to become team owner might end up as 16th best bid after last second bids from others. Then he invested money for nothing and he would have lots of coins on his account with not much to do with them. We want to give them chance while successful bidders does not lose anything.

Q: Can 16th best team bid jump into top 15 after other non-successful bidded adds coins to that bid?
A: No! After deadline 15 teams are set. Managers from non-successful bids can only join the top 15 bids, if the owners accepts them.

Q: Why nobody can join best bid after deadline?
A: After deadline first team and the winner of the auction is set, and he will get the 60M start budget. This cannot be changed!

Q: What will be changed for a bid, which did not accept any transfers?
A: Basically nothing. They would still have the same budget and everything the same. Except some other teams might have better budget, but it is the same as if these transfer were made during the last second before auction deadline.

Q: What will be changed for a bid, which did accept any transfers?
A: Starting budget increases and percentage of ownership is changed too. Budget will be increased depending the amount of added coins. The original bid members would have lower percentage of ownership, while the new bidder would get the rest. This makes the original bidders weaker in voting.

Q: Who exactly can transfer his coins from non-successful bids?
A: We want to avoid all the possible unethical behavior therefore there will be big limitations for this:
- only users from real bids which were in top 15 during last 10 minutes before deadline are allowed to make transfer (this means they made everything correct and only unexpected behavior of other bidders during last few minutes spoiled their bids)
- only users who invested at least 300 coins into non-successful bids can transfer coins

Q: Is there any fee for transfering coins to other bid?
A: Yes there will be 20% fee, which means if you transfer 500 coins, only 400 will be added to the bid.

Q: What if server goes down during last minutes of auction?
A: We dont expect such a thing. But if server goes down, we will find solution good for all.

Q: Would it be possible to became a team owner in the future?
A: Yes, there will be more possibilities.
- if existing team bankrupts there will be auction to purchase brand new team
- if owners of existing teams are inactive for longer time their shares will go to auction
- any owner can sell his shares via direct sell to any other user for agreed price or can place his shares to auction
- at the end of every season, every team except the best earning, can search for new investors via auction. Team would get additional money (not more than half of the incoem difference between that team and best earning team) and investor would get ownership shares of the team
- we are also thinking about this possibility: at the end of season, all the teams including the best earing team, can get additional 2M from new investor. This can eb done via auction or through direct purchase.
