Press Releases - Season series selection is a tough choice

Season series selection is a tough choice

First off season series selection is a tough choice for a manager at any level. No matter what you have expierenced as a manger in your past a young driver early in his career faces rough choices.. Truth is also winning any series is rare, It matter of beating good managers with likely more skilled drivers throughout your career.

Now what was not known by some. That F3 season series Have national rating boosts to driver from those perfered nations. So looking a ratings from those series are not the actual ratings of perfered nations.

Next Having drivers in F3 series even lowest National series that driver age and number of seasons are very high is not new thing. It been that way since the very beginning.. Same goes true for very young drivers going into 2.0 or higher series Like Gold Cup and Indy. These very young drivers U21 have zero chance of ever finishing in top 10 unless 3/4 of the field DNF's.

Now the game was designed with this in mind also they Put in rookie series. Over time they have made improvements that make it less likely for super drivers from entering Rookies Series.. It can still occur only if manager is active and did not select a season series but is waiting to drive his final series in trophy of champions. Many managers retire their drivers Immediately after their final season series. Because they respect the game and new managers!

Now for those who Have a driver with to much experience to be in F3. I believe if you look at their drivers and their records closely.. They have a hard time winning any races.. These drivers are less of threat to you as new manager.. Then a Manager with 18 yo driver with all skills in personal skills.. Because these managers know how to win at all levels of the game.. Their drivers are being trained to become winners and champions at highest levels.. a Seven season driver in any F3 series that manager is a FAILURE! That driver your seeing by the time your driver is 21 can Beat him if you learn how to race your driver properly.

So finally looking at rating alone is not they way look at season series. Your success in a season should go by rating your driver gains.. I always judge my success in season by this.. 200 Gain average.. less then 200 gain bad season... 300+ Good season.. 400+ great season.. It has nothing to do with where My driver finished in season series.. Because a Great MRC career is and endurance race.. Lasting 4 years of real life and 16+ seasons..

Season Series is the easiest way to gain rating, trophy, sum of money for training, and also increase your reputation as a driver. But, I see that all of the series have their own domination and being pathetic with the same champions for all the time...
