New Players Guide to making your first driver

Every new Player is overwhelmed with the skills even age to make There first driver. Everyone who has played the game their first driver is a huge mistake.

So how to make your second driver!

First good choice is the Fun driver! He is 18 years old because you learn fastest at 18. Second he has 100 intell because 100 Intell you learn much faster then anything less. next you have 90 points left over. 90 pace is best here. No other skill makes a driver faster on the track then pace! Training is simple early get you race line equal to pace or higher! Then mental skills. This driver will remain competitive until about age 24 then the long term drivers will beat your pants off.

Next tow are both long term drivers trying to win the most prestigous season series! Both start out exactly the same 18 years Old 100 intell and 90 man management.

Frist here is the easiest of the two in training and early fun. You train in Pace and race line early. This gives you the speed to quickly catchup to any driver made any other . Your daily extra train is high but you get More from your coachs then any new driver per day then anyone with less then 90 Man manage to start. As high as 50% per day on your regular train! Example of this is Leader in rating Germain from france!

Second is the hardest route for anyone to take. Because your first 2 seasons your getting personals to 100. This means your training to 100 charisma and 100 man management early.. Why you might ask.. 100 man management litearlly makes every one your staff better then their rating.. and 80 anything is like a 100 skill in your staff. Next Charisma give you about 1k more per point of charisma per sponsor! Now why is money so important so early... Because your Daily extra train is the Most at 18 years old and decreases slightly every year the driver gets older. So there earlier you get to intensive trains the more your will get from them.

Now in both the later two these drivers can both reach 100 in all skills before they retire. The potential to get all 100 stats is what F1 teams look for now. Even the very bottom teams!

So now new Managers have examples to create there second drivers to suite their goals and accomplish them!
