Is MRC actually trying to discourage members?

Good day torbar4life,

I just read your article and could not agree more. I am a newer player and what you describe is exactly what happened to me. If not for a glass of wine too many one night when I actually decided to get a super licence I was going to leave. There was nothing to do! No where to go! And zero support!
And the manual...

So after buying a licence I thought I may as well play a bit more.
I felt the same regarding being penalized not knowing why or how to avoid it.
In any case I stuck with it and maybe I am a masochist but found LITTLE ways to enjoy the game.
After the Rookie series, I quickly realized that much better drivers were always taking the rewards and that was frustrating.
Recently I have taken on my own to try and solve in part, this issue. I have created (so far) two series:

in order to promote the series I started sending emails to my ''targeted audiences'' I quickly learned that there is no way to send mass emails so I went to the trouble of sending the emails one by one. Literally hours of work.

My reward?

All my emails are now considered SPAMS !!

Another roadblock with apparently no solution but to wait.

So the question is valid, is MRC trying to have people leave?
Everything seems to be designed to prevent people from racing, prevent people from communicating, prevent people from participating in the game, and prevent people from promoting races to other players.

One of the reason for playing is also to meet other players and this is discouraged, personally in my account I cannot 'request-friends' apparently a glitch (!)
After creating a serie I cannot ''invite drivers'', apparently a glitch (!).

One can certainly not email others since your account is then regarded as spams. So here we are frozen incapable of any actions without possible penalties and of course completely in the dark as to what, why and how things can be done without penalties.
