Press Releases - Artis Atrumins Farewell Tour

Artis Atrumins Farewell Tour

At the end of the Formula 1 season Porsche Racing legend will hang up his driving gloves and steering wheel. Artis Atrumins was the first driver to score a point, finish on a podium and win a race for our team. To thank him we decided to create a Artis Atrumins Farewell Tour, where we will visit those tracks that brought him most success in Formula 1. The tour will start on 14th of February at 18:00 CET and will use Nation Cup points system.

We will start our tour in Malaysia. On this track Atrumins has won 10 points with 6th pace in season 25 and 9th place in season 22 and 23.

From there our tour will take us all the way to Canada and its Gilles Villeneuve Circuit. Here Atrumins has managed to collect 12 points with 5th place in season 25 and 9th place in season 23.

For our next venue we will had back to Asia, Singapore to be specific. As in Canada Atrumins has collected 12 points, finishing in points on three occasions. He was 6th in season 25 and 9th in season 22 and 23. With season 26 race still to run, we are confident his points tally will go up.

Forth race of the tour will be held in Spain where Porsche was always strong. However, few mishaps have limited him to only 13 points. In season 25 he finished 4th and in season 26 he was 10th.

From Spain we will fly to Hungary. This is another track were Porsche was always fast, but that has resulted in only 14 points. In season 25 he finished 6th and in season 26 he was 7th.

With Russia being our next stop, we will start the second part of our farewell tour. Here Atrumins managed to score points on three occasions, collecting 20 points. His best result came in season 23 with 5th place. He was also 7th in season 24 and 8th in season 26.

From Russia we will move to USA where Atrumins has also scored 20 points, failing to finish in points only in season 22. He was 6th in season 23 and 7th in season 24 and 25. With season 26 race still to run, we are confident he can add to that.

In Texas we will cross its south border and enter Mexico. As in USA Atrumins has failed to finish in points only in season 22. His best result came in season 24 with 4th place. He also scored points in season 23 with 5th place and in season 25 with 9th. In total Atrumins has scored 24 points in Mexico City.

Penultimate race will be held in Australia. In season 22 Atrumins has managed to score Porsche’s first points in his first race with 6th place. In season 25 he has also managed to secure Porsche’s first podium with 2nd place. He also managed to score points in season 23 with 4th place, totaling 38 points in all 5 seasons.

And with that we came to our last race, Shanghai International Circuit. This is the track where Artis Atrumins won his first race in season 25. He also got points in season 22 with 5th place, season 26 with 6th place and season23 with 7th place. In all Atrumins has scored 49 points in China.

If you want to get invitation to join Artis Atrumins in his Farewell Tour you can do so by donating 50 voting points to Porsche Racing.

All the loyal supporters that have helped us so far will also get invitation alongside the team owners and his teammate.
