Brazilian Oval Serie V | Mid-season report
The current season of the Brazilian Oval series is halfway behind and now it's about time for a report on what looks like to be the most competitive edition this far.
The 8th race took place at the oval of Mallory Park and was dominated by pilot Tony Hoffmann who started from the pole and claimed his 3rd win of the season, closing the gap to his adversaries.
Current leader and tree times champion Roger Relâmpago, who did not finished the previous race due to mechanical failure and saw his hardly build advantage turn to smoke, delivered a class performance, taking the fast lap and finishing 2nd today.
Runner up driver Bruno Corrêa managed to cross the line 3rd and completed the podium, also keeping in attack range of Relâmpago.
We are likely to witness a three-way battle for the Championship.
