Formula One and MRC
Most of the Active Players have one goal in a career and that is make it to F1. With currently almost 90,000 managers that signed up the dream starts at age 18 where do you go and how do you start most 18-21 year olds pretty much have the same set up if they hope to get to F1. Pace, Racing Line, Concentration, Intelligence, Man Management, and Charisma. From age 22 on is where everyone jumps around some want physical for longer series, some Technical, or Feedback to increase car speed, some continue Mentals to get more consistent and others go to overtake and blocking to have a drivers edge when it counts to help improve track position.
You can look at the 26 year old class that is the the Next series and others they are all over the place no real consistency to development just grow and as fast as possible. That way they get the call to join 127 other drivers so their names can join this list.

Some Drivers don't start off like the rest and start with a different then the 6 main attributes for early development still have an opportunity to get to F1 but it will be awefully hard due to growth potential, Money, Rating Potential, and the ability to catch a big teams eye to want you over time.
Key for any driver is to do your best you don't have to play a lot to get good just go on daily or weekly to set up your cars and race settings.
Don't quit because you think its slow. It is but the fun is seeing how far you can take your character compared to others.
We are starting to see Second Generation Drivers Making F1. Don't fear that they have all the knowledge. Just do the extra stuff to get better. Race Simulator, Quick Races, Custom Series, along with regular series to gain track knowledge and build rating.
This game is meant to be fun Make friends from around the world build a good reputation and help people out.
If you have time there are the forums and most people are willing to help if you just ask.
From the Creator of 19U Triple Championship, 20U North Hemisphere Championship, and The 21U World and Continental Championships and The Path to F1 and Next. I want to say have fun and work hard to reach your goals.
