La quarta stagione volge al termine e per Penna è tempo di fare bilanci nella sua prima stagione effettiva da pilota. Dopo essersi diviso tra driver per la consegna di pizze a domicilio e pilota nelle prime 3 stagione, era tempo di decidere che fare.
Il bilancio è rassicurante:
- I posto in Formula 3 World Series
- I posto nella Serie Street Racers XXIV
- I posto nella Serie Support World Peace Tour XX
più un terzo e un quarto posto in altre due serie minori.
Ora si attende la definitiva consacrazione per l'ex pizzaiolo della bassa.
