Who's Next

Who will be the Next F1 Driver from the USA and follow in Wayne's Footsteps. You have Barker, Evans, and Bauers, all competing at 24 and all in the top 200 drivers, you also have the sneaky Harry Schell as well. Schell is probably the best Manager of them all but his lack of Man Management and Charisma is lacking for growth.

Here are the Candidates, Vinnie Barker probably the closest candidate. He has the combination of speed and mental and also has a 91 personal skills at 24 he has the best odds and I Bet he will get there in 2 Season if he wants if not 4 seasons with a good ride.

Now Staci Evans next in rating kinda balanced doesn't have the personal skills though. My bet is Staci ends up as a long term Nascar Driver Collecting trophies. Lack of personal skills hurts Mechanical and overall finishing ability to get close to 100 rating probably will hold Staci Back

Next Is Bauer, This is kinda a pick of best bet not necessarily because of his talent but because of his desire to make Hamrheadz great I personally think he may self sacrifice himself inorder to give the team a chance. Similar to ArkAngel I just hope if he does do so he does it from both sides as an owner and driver and not just a driver. He has the balance needed with personal skills to match question is will he sacrifice himself and push the team to the limits. We will find out I personally think he will be ready in 2 seasons to be competitive in F1 with a good car but question is how much will the team improve over the next 2 seasons to make it worth it.

Finally, Harry Schell, High rating 21 year old superstar is he willing to give up a season to make Personal skills legit or does he see his career as a short term driver. I wish I knew. This guy is the best skill manager balancing and in ways protecting his driver from down falls. I could see Him in F1 at 24 if he spent a season building Man Management and Charisma.

If these guys don't press there luck cause a top ride doesn't happen my next guess is still a ways to come and that is actually Jethro Bodine. Guy is building his Personal Skills all the way up if he decides to stay with it I would project him in F1 at 24 years of age as well with a poor team or 26 with a top team.
