[F1] Windsor Alliance Racing - from the shadow a Jagwar will roar
The second season in MRC's F1 is over. On the tracks, it was a season marked by the challenge put up by Mercedes on OMR. Jordan really improved their performance as well and were not too far behind and Red Bull was no longer OMR main competitor. On the pits, there were plenty of changes in the aerodynamics rules. It provided plenty of challenge for the teams to adjust or correct mistakes in development, because of unannounced changes in the process. Congratulations to OMR and Acarini for renewing their title!
WAR HOLD IT'S PLACE DESPITE SETBACKS
It was an agitated season for Windsor Alliance. A lot of changes in the boardroom were forced to be made and Blaze came out as the new manager as well. The car development didn't go as expected. The aerodynamics development had major changes in the regulations and our aero parts failed to perform as expected under these new rulings. Despite that, when going to the tracks we consistently scored points and brilliantly hold on to the 6th place in the Constructor's Championship. Congratulations to our drivers for helping with this, with Tok achieving a 12th place (37pts) and Di Rado a 13th place (17pts).
FAREWELL GUIDO DI RADO, WELCOME KAUSS
The youngest driver in the F1 Guido Di Rado is leaving WAR this season. He wishes to leave the F1 for a while, making a run on other series. We support his ideas and the contract was not renewed on friendly terms. We hope it is not a real farewell but rather a see you later. To take the vacant driver seat we are proud to announce Laimnesis Kauss, an amazing Latvian driver managed by Andito. He was racing for Dem Racing F1 Team and he's truly motivated to achieve better results now holding the steering of a WAR car. He will be joining Tok and we trust both of them will deliver.
SEASON 11, HOPES OF A NEW STEP FORWARD
We feel optimistic for next season. Expecting no major setbacks, we are confident on getting a better car ready for next season. We will also be fitting our first engine developed and improved in-house. It's a beautiful baby that roars like a real Jagwar and raises our speed to the next level. The competition will be tougher, with more teams building better cars but WAR is improving too and we are as ambitious as ever.
