新闻 - So The Next Step Is...

So The Next Step Is...

Like it or lump it, the game is changing, learning rates are facing a minor nerf and arguably, that means (as has already been covered) that the odds of ever beating some of the established track records are a bit of a pipe dream...

Similarly, tyres are facing an adjustment to closer replicate real life.

Personally, I think any vested time in the games production from Devs is a win, but I think it's just the first step.

Thankfully there is also a murmur that Nations car will soon change. Again, as good as this is, for me it's the wrong car to change. Only six managers of a given Nation are using the Nation's car week on week, whereas hundreds of managers are using F3 chassis daily. Each and every F3 chassis is pretty much understood and exploited to the smallest nuts and bolts. I've bought this up before so I won't go on like a broken record, but hopefully a new roster of F3 chassis is right up the top of the to-do list in some way.

If the idea is to replicate real life, then look how far F4/F3 chassis have evolved IRL exponentially since the game first launched the current version of the F3 chassis 8 years ago.

I dream of a day where more than maybe 5 managers hold an F3 lap record.

All being said, credit to the Devs for proactively making changes!
