How driver track knowledge and driver simulator is good for all Managers..

It should be noted when then was suggested that driver track Knowledge give a small boost to driver performance.. Example would be 10% boost in driver Aggression without chance of cuasing mistakes.. If the driver had 100% track knowledge..

Now lets take brand new rookie driver through his first week in rookies series.. Everyone knows rookie drivers have horrendous driver mistakes at any time during the race.. Any expierenced manager will tell 10% driver aggression is max a rookie drive can do with having any chance of finishing the race..

So Joe Rookie prepare for his first Rookie series race.. Joe is smart he spend 5k and purchase his new track to train on for season series.. He puts his training on for that track Baku... after day 1 he gets 9% Track knowledge for the simulator..

The next day he did his practice testing for Baku.. Joe read forums and was mentored how to attempt 40 lap practice session.. so On day 2 Baku went to 21 % .. Practice laps of 3 % plus 9% added to first day total...

Day 3 another 9% plus qualifications since quals is only 2 laps it made no impact on track knowledge we could see.. So Number jumped to 30%...

Day 4 was again only simulator on Baku.. so went to 39% track knowledge for Baku..

Day 5 is sprint race day.. So Joe gained 1% for sprint and 9 % for the simulator... bringing total to 49%...

Day 6 Joe gained 9% more track knowledge for Baku..

Now This day is important because it last Day any track knowledge gained before the race effects the outcome of the race... Since Joe gained 9% more on Day 6 The Total went to 58%..

Now so from example of 100% Track knowledge give 10% bonus of mistake free Driver aggression.. Joe rookie would receive 5.8% bonus there... Lets just say 6..

So how does this benefit the Joe Rookie.. Joe is bright and mentored properly.. he has no mentals skills a 90 pace rookie because he wants to win! He puts in 1 Driver aggression which is nearly mistake free.. But Since Joe Rookie trained all week in simulator and gained knowledge from practice qaul's and sprint race, When Joe Hit the Feature he was 7% driver aggression instead of 1.. He got a small but noticeable boost in performance.. Noticeable likely being about 6 hundriths a second a lap.

While all this is example is Theory is gives basic example of Both testing for rookie and what and experienced driver would get going into a Season series Race.. Even when to prepare using the simulator.. As you can see None of this is overwhelming..

As Debik pointed out... Track Knowledge gain is greater below 20% and less above 80%.. The decline from not racing greater in Knowledge for track is Above 80% and even least decline is Knowledge is Below 20% making it impossible for driver to loss all knowledge once a track has been driven..

As written and commented on... I believe this should be implemented in full... Debik mentioned not allowing Nations Cup because only a few managers are selected.. But also should add Private Cars because they have to be bought and so few have them at this time.. Quick race already have the smallest game so have been considered well..
Private series are fine.. more then Half are free about the same about half are totally open to all.. Believe me you can overload yourself with private series.

I hope all can see Now how this is beneficial to all who play the game from veterans to rookies.. That this new addition provides more realism to the game without making this pay to play.
