新闻 - Quo vadis TRABANT

Quo vadis TRABANT

With the season coming to an end, there is increased speculation about the future of the Trabant F1 Racing Team. So far it is still not clear if German driver Angela Merkel will drive for the team in yet another season. Merkel, having the best season of his career so far, except the official series of course, is still looking to receive an improved, competitive car or might even change back to a lower series.
Rumours has it, that TRABANT might be looking to replace the engine deal made with Ford, to improve the overall performance of the car and satisfy both drivers needs for a better car. It remains to be seen if any engine producer is willing to support the TRABANT team.
After scoring two points in the last race, there is revived hope at TRABANT, to once again claim the 10th place in the team championship. This might be vital for next seasons campaign. It shows at least, that TRABANT is fighting till the end and tries to improve the car. This also means, that the team is determined to come back next year stronger and thougher than before.
Again Managers, this is your chance to gain a foothold in the exciting world of Formula One. If you think your driver has what it takes to drive in F1, we suggest that you approach the Trabant Management. We are sure that given all the unanswered questions, TRABANT would be happy to at least close one chapter.
