Wreck-It Ray Misses Out

21 year old Ray Striver entered Season 9 with one thing in mind... Season 10.

"Missing the cut-off for F2 entries last year really hit us bad, IHealy and I were making significant strides in the UK rankings and this year has really hampered our progress due to the ranking coefficient calculations. Ray took 1st and 2nd over two races at Sepang in F3 Asia this year but due to a similar result last year we only saw a +16.0 granted. Its just not been our kind of year..." said Adamski.

Striver went into the final weekend locked in a battle with Biguel Maines and Thomas Troy, separated by a handful of points and eyeing the Series' 3rd place trophy. But - as has been the story of this two year stint in the far east - it was chassis damage caused in an accident that put paid to his efforts of beating long-time team-mate and rival Biguel Maines.

"We need to come out strong next year. From week 1! We're jumping up but not as far as we'd hope. F2 World and Indy were on the agenda but we need to think of Season 11 and onward. If we jump to the top of the tree now we'll have very little left to shoot for". Said Striver. When asked what his goals were for Season 10, Ray gave a straight answer... Which is pretty rare.

Adamski is well known for his founding and inclusion in the Windsor Alliance F1 outfit but declined to comment on his position in the team. Opting only to state:

"I've neglected my role in the team. But my position as shareholder only offered limited redemption to begin with. My main focus is my driver and his goals for the coming season..."
