Random allotment is a Nightmare

I certainly tried several seasons ago to not have the worst possible nightmare happen in one Season. That is to build a new engine from scratch and a gearbox all in same season. This all because some people think it a good Idea to have random allotments still after we are forced to build a 4 part engine. It not optional on either of these parts it is Forced upon us. Just like it is forced to watch a coin toss determining our development fate.

Now since we have to Build mechanical parts Every season form now on. Then build gearboxes on a 6 season coin toss. and engine on 8 season coin toss. It is pure insanity to use coins tosses for anything in F1 now. Pretty soon nobody will want the Job of team manager. There was a time when nearly everyone wanted to be a team manager. Not now Nobody does why? It s fulltime job and it only got herder with rules changes on financing the team. Then before you could always buy an engine and be competitive After last engine cycle nightmare on supplier engines that was way way higher effective then building an engine. Now they will be gone.

Since they allowed BMW to save 180 mil to dominate this coming engine cycle where they will be number 1 team/ They did not penalinze them at all.. What they did was a JOKE! They instead penalized every team that has been allowed form the start to hard tank. Soft tanking can get your money as well as hard tanking. Letting you know dvelopment team.. Only fix is to cap total revenue.

Now we get what should have been changed. No miore stupid coin tossed. People think it fgood management to have and A and B plan that covers 4 seasons. A good manager must start planning
for the money for the next engine cycles right after you build the current one. Not mention your always upgrading and building mechanical parts every season now.

So this BS coins tosses need to go Now! Every part was on con toss should be scheduled/ Don't this game may not last another 8 seasons because nobody will want to manage an F1 team.

.I want to be a team manger not puppet on a string in developing an F1 with stupid rules changes and random allotment that make zero common sense.
