Lyn heads to North America

After finishing just outside the top 10 in the Portugueese series, it seemed certain that Lyn would stay in Portugal for another season. So it came to a shock to many to hear that she would in fact be heading to North America.

Lyn spoke to the press about her decision.

I want to reach greater heights. I know my performance in Portugal was very inconsistent, but I think I showed that I can keep up with strong drivers.

You said earlier in the season that you would stay in Portugal for one more season, what made you change your mind?

I've talked to a few other young drivers, they've done really well in a few of the higher leagues. I guess I just didn't want to lose to them. If I don't do this, I'll be left behind.

Why North America? Why not head to Europe instead?

To be honest, I'm eager to battle it out against Rage Motorsports. I'm sure they'll head over to the North America series next. And when they get here, I'll be waiting. *grin*
