Hi everybode! Today is 13th day and friday but it doesn't mean bad things for the game, actually really good news. Read more about it here... :)

First of all i want to present for you Mechanical Reliability! It's now implemented to races, so you have to change the Mechanical Aggressivity (earlier Kill Engine) a bit if it was 100. Mechanical Aggressivity is explained in manual but it is good to understand that the high number means your driver is little faster, but the probability of mechanical failure is also higher.

For second we changed performance of the car parts. Now every combination is at least good at one track. In previous version some part combinations were too strong comparing to others on too many tracks, but now it is more weighted. This means also that your driver skills and your manager skills are more important than earlier.

Employees are now totally ready. We have 9 types of employees; Driving Coaches, Mental Coaches, Technical Coaches, Personal Coaches, Fitness Coaches, Mechanics, Car Designers, Race Engineers and PR Managers. These guys are professionals in their own category. Coaches will help your driver training with different type things. Mechanics are in pit-stops, etc. Car Designers design your drivers car. Race Engineers help you finding better setups for your car. And PR Managers helps your financial things.

Sponsor contracts are now implemented too, but they will not be available for all drivers until start of full version. Your driver will get money from sponsors every single week and you get also Signing Bonus from them when you accept the sponsor. You can have 3 sponsors at the same time.

Influence of employees is now implemented to all parts of the game. PR Managers helps you get better sponsor offers. mechanics are good to improve your pit-stop times and they also helps changing the setup faster while testing. Racing engineers helps you find the better setup for your car. Car Designers are now in the game, but they will not be used until formula 1 is started after few seasons of full version. There are also coaches who helps your driver to improve his skills faster.

We decided to hide attributes in driver profile. Now other users can't see how you are training your driver and can't copy the skills of them. You can see your driver attributes in Training screen. The change comes after too many managers copied skill distribution from best drivers. That is not good, because this skill distribution is not really good for full version.

We also made changes to searching car setups to races. It's now more difficult than earlier because you get less feedback and advices than earlier from driver, but we reduced the influence of random to minimum, during the one training session. You will now get the same number of advices to all setup parameters (with tolerance +1), not many to some parameters and almost no advices to others.

First test Rookie Series went well, first races for all drivers are at 2012-07-12. We started this series now just for beta and this is testing version of Rookie Series, we will start them again when full version comes. So it's not so important if you aren't so high at the standings but this is a good training to full version.

DebiK have an vacation at 18. July - 03. August. In that we don't have so much developments but it shouldn't be a problem because almost all things are now ready! We are really close of start full version. And we decided to tell the day to you at August. So full version is really close.
