Formula 1: Driver Lineup for Season 30

With only three races left, this Formula 1 season is coming to a close and most teams have already switched their attention to next season. All the seats have been filled a while ago so we will take a look as who will drive where.

Season 30 will look completely different as only two teams have the same driver lineup (Mercedes and Sempre Senna). On the other hand, three teams have decided to replace both drivers (McLaren, Porsche Racing in Alfa Romeo).

New driver lineup will also feature seven rookies, Roger Relâmpago (WAR), Bruno Correa (Porsche), Jenofefa Urvinitkova (Jordan), Carmine L Luce (Alfa Romeo), Tony Hoffmann (Ferrari), Toni Mang (Trabant) and Jonathan C. Goble will all make their first F1 start in few weeks.

There were also a lot of massive transfers. Sergey Sidorskiy will leave BMW for Red Bull at the end of the season. That meant that Julius Graff had to find a new home at Williams and Alexey Miller will therfore move from Williams to Ford. Even though Aurelijus Zemekas will retire from Formula 1, Danny Doucet could reach an agreement with McLaren so he switched to Audi. That move left Aaron Foyt with out a seat for season 30, but maybe he can make a some back in season 31.

For next season four drivers managed just that. Artem Markelov (McLaren), Domi Ochs (Porsche), Nikolay Hyulkenbergov (BMW) and Voitto Ritari (Alfa Romeo) will all get another chance in Formula 1 after they didn't feature in season 29.
