Lyn stays to North American series

Rumors have been flying around that Lyn would be partaking in the American series and not the North American series. A few leaked text messages between team Vos staff and Rage were the source of these rumors. The young driver and her team gave another quick interview to the press.

Is it true that you'll be heading to the American series to face team Rage?

Nope. I'm still going to the North American series.

But isn't it true that you have been in contact with members of team Rage?

Yeah. We talked a bit. But I decided I'm alright with not racing against them this season.

You've hinted more than once that you're eager to race them, then why not take this chance?

Hah! *dramatic pose* It wouldn't be fun if the heroes faced the final boss right away!

There have been some disputes about Rage being the first non Formula 1 team. Any thoughts on the matter?

Hmmm. That's a tough one. There are two sides to every argument. The members of Rage can make some outrageous claims at times and it's hard to say wether they're really the 'first' or not. But I say, who cares?

It doesn't really matter if they were the first or not. Ever since Rage and their members have been around, there has been an increased amount of interest from the press. That can only be good for the sport. And that's the only thing that really matters.

But don't you think we should honor old alliances from the past? Like Guy Wellington and Miguel Baines?

They're legendary drivers that I watched on the telivision when I was just a child. They and a few others are the reason I got into F3 in the first place. But can't we enjoy the present while also respecting the past?
