[F1] WAR - A turning point to Season 16
Season 15 was a transitional season: being the last season of the current engine formula, all teams were developing new Engines. It was hard to fit such a huge and important project in an already tight development schedule. It was clear that some teams suffered in aero performance during season 15 to be able to cope with the challenge. WAR managed to profit a bit from the underperformance of some other teams to get some interesting results, including getting to the points thanks to Fabricio Cruz. Most of all, it was a great season to consolidate our finances so our fans can expect us to remain solid.
SEASON 16, RISE OF THE JAGWAR
A new engine, a new chance for WAR to get back into a strong position. Our development team is working hard on the Jagwar 002 engine and we are very confident that they will deliver a pretty competitive engine. Our team is to be congratulated for their incredible effort preparing the car for season 16 and if the engine comes out as expected, we'll have plenty to celebrate.
FABRICIO RETIRES
Fabricio Cruz is retiring. He had a great career and helped WAR in many ways. He has all the reasons to be proud and WAR sends our thanks and best wishes! May you have fortune in whatever projects you embrace in the future!
A NEW DRIVER LINEUP
WAR will feature an entirely new lineup for season 16. Rui B. Martins, a 29yo portuguese driver, that drove in Indy on season 15 will take Fabricio's spot, while former Trabant canadian driver Maximus Vanderpuije will side with him in Mieczyslaw Gnojarzowski's place. The team whites Gnojarzowski the best of lucks for the rest of his career and thanks him for his commitment. Vanderpuije is 25yo and is set to explode this upcoming season. We are very confident these drivers will bring out the best of our new Jagwar engine.
