Bauer Pleased with consistency

The Asian Trophy Series just completed, and with it's finish we decided to catch up with one of the drivers, American Michael Bauer.

I: Michael, you were a long way from home here, how did you feel racing on the other side of the world?

M: Honestly, with racing in the F3 Italian Series, I've gotten quite comfortable with foreign cultures and being away from family. It's not that bad.

I: You were the only driver to take points in all 10 events, how does that make you feel.

M: Great! We struggled with consistency last season in the Italian Series and that cost us in the Points. Perhaps this is a sign of things to come and we'll go on to have a good season. I just wish some of those finishes had been even better!

I: You sit Fourth in the Italian Series standings right now, what's the secret to your improvement from last season so far?

M: My team's done everything they can to get me into a successful position. Work hard in training, know your limit at the pub, and of course it helps as well to see my fellow Americans performing well, I want to keep up.

I: Thank you for your time Michael, we'll let you get back to it.

M: Thanks

Clearly the young driver is riding a high right now, and with his recent improvements in performance who could blame him?

Note: For confused Americans, the drinking age in Italy is 16. Which in retrospect, may be why the young American is actually there.
