Chevy development projects are on par with the Rest of F1
While am still disappointed with the Engine we made for this cycle. That really lead to some learning of what went wrong from other managers advice. We have redone how we approach each project and the results are now greatly improved.
So much so is the improvement that i can create chassis for example at the desired rating we are looking for. this means we can vary the time and the amount spent to reduce wasted money on a project. We are also now able to reduce overall quality lose on upgrades.
If you have been watching our race results closely. The chevy car started near the bottom. While we are still in lower group. but now we are on top of that group with an engine pretty close to the Judd in quality. Well it is actually better then Judd.
I do believe if we spend wisely on development during this engine cycle. We can achieve solid mid pack results.
Braden Blake and Jaxton Cole have been outstanding this season. Sure both have had a couple of races they was disappointed with their results But I know it just RNG not their strategies.
Next season Jaxton Cole takes a season off to rebuild his rating. Lehto jr will join Blake He is great driver. Just look at his age an current standing in F1 this season. We should all thank Fuzzy for the fine job recruiting our drivers and teaching our new ones.
We should also thank Takenalook for his fine job setting the pit crew every race. Between Fuzzy and Takenalook. I have more time to analyze to set a path forward where Chevy can be mid pack and maybe even a top 10 car in the future.
So have fun out there. I know our drivers are!
