Rage calls time on Hansson US Domination.
Its all about Rage Motorsports at the moment, It has been offically announced that the group of four (Knight, Wheeler, Bennett and Wayne) intend to go to the F3 American Series in Season 10, but it now emerges that they mean to win it.
James Allen caught up with Bennett at a recent warmup session at Watkins Glen yesterday.
JA: Bennett, I see the Rage team are out in force today.
DB: Yeah, man we are all here, except Wheeler - he didn't make it.
JA: Why's that - is he ok?
DB: oh yeah, he's fine, he's got a race on in China so couldn't make it.
JA: Are you happy with the teams results today?
DB: we are P7, P8 and P12 for tomorrow, Yes we are very happy.
JA: Those aren't exactly front row postions
DB: Yeah but look who is in front of us and look who is behind, nobody in front is competing in the US next season and a few who are are a lot further back, we wont have any problems next season.
JA: Hans Hansson might have something to say about that - he won 13 last year and had a whopping 18 races in the top 5.

JA: Do you not think he will give you some trouble in S10?
DB: All credit to Hansson, he did a good job this season. But now we are here.
JA: You seem very confident, Hansson is rated the highest in the series and is the the favourite to retain his title.
DB: Thats your mistake there mate. Its not his title, not anymore.
