The management team at Toro Rosso would like to announce we have taken over the name of Mercedes AMG F1. As a group we have decided to change the name, as well as putting into motion a plan for future success. We would like to thank all the people that supported us as Toro Rosso as well as all of our previous owners and drivers. We hope that you will remain with us and continue to support us as Mercedes AMG F1.

In the coming seasons Mercedes AMG F1 are attempting to make big strides towards being much much more competitive and only time will tell how successful that will be. We picked up some new owners this season and would like to welcome them ahead of Season 21 as well as a new driver who will make his F1 debut with Mercedes AMG F1.



Mercedes AMG F1 are very proud to announce we have retained the services of Oleg Petrov which will bring him into his 5th season with us equaling the record of Edgars Janeks with most seasons with our team, as well as signing a new face in Mihail Beskov who has many open wheel titles to his name as well as some very strong seasons in DTWS. We would also like to take this time to thank Sergey Osmolovsky (Wasp76) for his efforts and contribution last season. He managed to score our only point for Season 20 as well as some thrilling qualifying positions throughout the season.

Moving forward the team expects a period of difficulty before hopefully making some progression up the field, we hope our fans and supporters can ride out our difficult time with us so that we can both enjoy some success in seasons to come.

We are happy to say we will continue to reward those who support us with different offers from time to time, as well as some exciting projects being planned for the future that you can get involved with. We look forward to Season 21 and would like to wish everyone the best of luck and look forward to seeing you all out on the track.
