Learning curve will be a great one in the European Tour XXI for Kaito Bouchard as took the race seat of Robert Bouchard before heading into the series. The 18 year old has the right attitude towards the series as a whole.

"Looking at the top drivers in the series, I have no business being on the track with them" Stated an wide eyed Bouchard," But it will give me a ton of experience against some of the best drivers at a young age. My focus is full on developmental my skills to become just as good if not better them in the future."

Results have been as expected so far with 25th being the best place finish so far in the series but considering he not even driving his own car and the strength of the other drivers cracking the top 20 would be a huge task but realistic.

"Yeah, I would like to crack the top 20 a few times in the series but as long as I see progress then I would be extremely happy with whole series." commented Kaito when asked about his chances of cracking the top 20.

Also interesting side note to the series is the fact that retired driver Robert Bouchard is also taking part in the series adding an interesting twist since family is involved in the series against each other.

"Yeah, It been interesting racing against my father and the fact that I took his race seat makes it even more interesting but so far I have had the upper hand" chucked Kaito Bouchard when asked about the family rivalry.

"It has been a big challenge and whole bunch of fun so far in the series and as long as I get the upper hand in the family rivalry then it will have been worth all the long days at the track'; laughed Kaito; with his father standing behind him.

Time will tell in the youngster can make any headway in this series but the future looks bright for the young 18 year old, who will be taking part in his first Rookie Series race later this week. He is poised for a good result claiming Pole for his first race in the series.
