Persberichten - Car development

Car development

Williams F1 Team has started its development process more than a week ago for the first F1 season in MRC’s history. The development was kicked off by two motivated team concentrating on KERS and cooling. The development process is going to be very long, so you must be patient. Long development time helps us to limit the direct cost of the parts.

In addition to KERS and cooling, we have started the development of the chassis. This is also going to be a long process and we have also thrown in a big chunk of our budget in this. The chassis must be ready before we are able to start designing other aerodynamic parts. The chassis is one of the key parts of the car, because the smaller parts must be designed based on the chassis.

Our budget is limited, but with rational planning we think that we are able to pile up a competitive car for the next season.

We are also looking for drivers. It’s time for thinking about who would be the most suitable driver for our purposes. The season end is nearing quickly and before that we must have the contracts of two drivers in our hands. If you are interested in competing in the top 1 series of all times, please contact looni for further discussion. Everyone who is interested may apply.
