News About Development 2012-02-13

Today we have 13th day of the week. 13 might be unlucky number for some of you, and today not a good day, so I would like to make you little happier and explain you more about latest development.

So first of all, we work hard on weather changes in the races. That is good news especially for those managers, who created their drivers with high attribute for wet weather. We already have weather implemented in test races, now we have to finish tyre changes. You might already see some changes on garage screen, with possibility to set usage value for different tyre types. You can find more details in manual, but I will explain you at least something. Track condition during the race will be represented with a number in range from 0 (dry) to 100 (wet). Then during the pit-stop the tyres with usage number closer to current track condition will be picked.

We also changed the Races screen a bit. We removed all the text links and replaced them with the icons, of course now it is little confusing, but on the other side you can now easily find link to race info, list of participants and other important links. Don`t worry, we will improve the screen even more, so you will be able to read the screen more easily.

Last thing I would like to let you know about development is that we also launched a new screen for you. And that is Driver Rating History screen. I have to thank to the member of our development team Arskap who managed to create the page. He still learns but will help us even more in the future.

That is it for today, good luck in your races!
