Jarbas did it again! Another win for Ferrari in Barcelona

"If you ask a child to design a car, he will draw it red" (Enzo Ferrari). Probably when Jarbas was a child he colored a car red, but for sure he did not ecpected than one day he would had won on the red car "par excellence", the Ferrari.

After the success in China, Jarbas starts in Barcelona from the first raw between the two Red Bulls of Saint Germain and Morgan. "Red Bulls are two monsters..." said the Ferrari Team Principal Max Del Ragno before the race "In these cars there are all the technical capabilities and the resources of the best team in F1. Also Novikov and Rushman seem very fast… our target today is to get a podium".

At the start Saint Germain keep the first position with Jarbas very near to him. The two drivers take some advantage till the first pit. Jarbas delays the stop and come back in front of Saint Germain. The race seem to be a "two-way game", but Rushman with a very aggressive second stint come back to the front, pass Saint Germain and try to attack Jarbas, but an error bring him back behind Red Bulls.
Jarbas remembers what happened in the last lap in China and keep a strong pace without notable errors. The last stint is a "solo" run, Jarbas increases his gap from Red Bulls till 20 seconds and take his second win in the season.

Del Ragno, did you expect to win in Barcelona? "To be honest, no, but when I saw Jarbas very close to Saint Germain at the beginning, I started to hope in something more than a podium".

The gap at the end of the race (20 seconds) was very huge, how do you explain it? "Probably is a metter of simulator, I think other teams has invested more time for the next race in Montecarlo".

Which of your competitors surprised you the most? "For sure Rushman, Ford is doing an outstanding job, fighting always for the first positions".

Atelsek, Saint Germain and Jarbas are rookies, but they seem to be able to drive for something import this season. "Yes, they gave something new to the Championship, I'm sure they will have fun during this season".

Last question is about Vaara "Vaara was quite unlucky in the last two races for very casual situations, I think he is one of the best driver ever, he will have his chance soon".
