For most of us this is not an issue. It’s the same for everyone and you are missing the big picture too.
You obsess about 50k per week and fail to see that you could make 150k/week more in other series with pit-stops. Don’t you think you could do a lot better in Indy Junior Series this season? TCS Europe was the wrong call, wouldn’t you agree? You were blinded by no pit-stops and failed to see how stiff the competition will be. Wresdan has pointed out this to you in his press release. Maybe you should read it again (https://www.myracingcareer.com/en/press-releases/9578/).
Whether a series has pit-stops or not is just a small part of a jigsaw. How stiff is the competition, how likely are DNF’s due to car and track characteristics, are for me far more important to me. In lower series almost no one has a complete pitstop crew, regardless of what type of series they are in. However, when your driver is 24 or something most of best drivers already have full pit crew and that is regardless of the type of series, they race in.
You also say you can’t learn if you race in no pit series. I beg to differ. You have plenty opportunities to learn … NC, quick races, private and custom cups are all there to use. So even if this is your first driver you have plenty opportunities to learn.
There is nothing that is willing to be done to fix this

Maybe you should learn to race outside your box!
Buy a pit crew for 50k a week and I will be every driver my drivers age every race where there is piting.. F3 quick races teaches you nothing for racing in Gold cup Indy or world GT.. No pit races you do not even have to check tire wear PERIOD! so ...
