So where is the Fix?
nerfing the learning rate does not fix the the problem.. Who was the first driver to hit all 100 skills.. what series did he run and what series does he run in now..
Is it Right That f2 World be rated less the moto Gp and they do not have to carry a pit crew to win it.. Is it Right the Fe 911 TCR world be point .2 rating less then Gold cup but require no pit crew and no fitness to win it.. Worse yet Gold cup is the toughest series in the game to never make a mistake in and never have a DNF.. And no series can remotely with Indy or F1 if they do not have a pit in the series they should at minimum 1.0 less all of them..
Skill learning rate has been clearly manipulated for years .. It some Pro managers Trick to beating the rest of the field.. Reducing the learning rate only deepens the lost skills for drivers who ever race in any piting series before going to Indy or F1.. IT Must stop if these managers are so dam great Prove get to 100 skills by age 30 with series that require Piting.. They Can't Period!
