Stop the Manipulation of the skill Tree!
During the discussions of the problems in F1. It was brought up to many managers was getting their drivers to all 100 skills to fast.. The suggestion was to reduce the learning rate of drivers! This is not the problem.. The ones getting to 100 have one common factor. They focus on series with No pit stops.. The Russian have been doing this for Years in Formula Fe.. Now we have 911 series all The Motos and TCS series.. If you do not need to have any mechanics for pits that money gets used for extra early intensive trainings.. Either Create as separate Game for the lesser prestige even FE and Moto racing is lesser prestige then Indy NAscar and Formula 1 that have actual teams. Then sports racing that has none that is no more prestigious then racing on a dirt track or taking a facotory built car and racing on sundays.
That is has they get to 100 so fast No staff because of no pitting.. Other options are adding distance requiring pitting... In case of electrics None should be higher then 1.0 rating..
Do not Force the Entire community to lesser learning rate because Manipulators in over rated series have got away with this for YEARS now! The best managers should be rewarded for their racing skills.. Not best manipulators hiding in no pit series!
To be honest - Driver Skills
