F1 Power Rankings S31: Week IX
Let me start off this week to congratulate the new MRC F1 Champion... Franciszek Bum! The 32 year old Polish driver secured his 1st MRC F1 title with two races left to go. Impressive! Now on to the unofficial MRC F1 PR's that are computed and ready to be shared! ;)
Here are the Power Rankings update with 19 MRC F1 GPs completed!
Formula Explanation:
Power Ranking is calculated in five steps (see examples below):
1. Race finish position divided by number of drivers.
2. Multiply the result of step (1) by 100 and then subtract 100. The number is rounded up to the nearest thousandths.
3. Qualifying position divided by number of drivers.
4. Multiply the result of step (3) by 50 and then subtract 50. The number is rounded up to the nearest thousandths.
5. Sum the two results and divide by the number of total F1 GP in a season.
Note: The team's PR is reached by simply adding the two drivers of each team PR's totals and divide that outcome by two.
LW Rank = Last Week Ranking
PR = Power Rating
PR Diff = Power Rating Difference Compared to Last Week

The Top3 MRC F1 drivers of the week were:
#1 Sergey Sidorskiy
#2 Franciszek Bum & Lucas de Saint-Germain
#3 Bruno Correa
That's it for this week PR. Final week of the MRC F1 season coming up, the individual title is decided, now is up to Saint-Germain and Sidorskiy to see who comes 2nd and 3rd, so far advantage Saint-Germain. But most importantly two teams are almost at a dead lock tie for first, with McLaren holding on to a slim 2 point lead over Red Bull Racing. It's up for grabs in the final 2 GP's of the season. Congrats to Porsche on securing a team podium with P3 of Constructors championship. ;)
