F3 Masters Season 31 Preview
Hey guys, tomorrow is the day we get underway for the 4th season and once again we got such an exciting grid and it's shaping up to be another exciting title fight by the most talented drivers, it's looking like to be Russia vs Brazil vs Portugal, the same 5 tracks, double races routine we've always ran, we're gonna see how that one goes.
Ivan Kalinin, the young Russian who is making a name for himself in the MotoGP legendary books is looking to be favourite to seal the championship but Michael Damon Novikov the fellow Russian who is way younger than his compartiot is hungrier for the title after impressing in the last 2 seasons, he feels ready for the chance, Juca Macieira is another favourite for the title and so is fellow Brazilian, Alex Reis. Abilio Nario is the oldest and most experienced driver on the field so he has no excuse to why he cannot win, Bartolomeu Jarbas is also a shout too and out of the battle of the 3 countries is American, Razor Rushman III who is defintely going to ruin that party by every aspect.
Meanwhile in the U24s battle, it is set to be a rematch between Novikov and Jarbas, will Novikov get his revenge or will it be Jarbas who defends that title? And has the drivers age quickly, it has defintely become the hottest battle on the field alongside the title fight with the likes of Szilvester Szalonna who is the underdog in this and also Chloe de St. Germain who is returning to the field after a sabbatical season (we'll get to that shortly), so it makes Novikov and Jarbas the ones who really get most of the attention here.
U22s, Honzik Volak Jr. walked it last year but it's looking to be Reckziegel's chance to become the champ in that, Tony Muller has also progressed nicely throughout the years too so this as well will be a fight to watch too.
U19s doesn't really look that competitive at all, Nadia Portocarrero is set to defend that crown as the other 3 drivers, Tex Cobb III, Lewis Latorre and Mikolaj Muszynski are all new entrants into this and also inexperienced but watch as these 3 progresses into things that could get promising in the future.
Now onto the Female Crown as known as "The Zahara Starwing Trophy" (tribute to the first female who competed in F3 Masters) where Portocarrero is unlikely going to defend because Aussie Lady, Ashley Bell who is the oldest and most experienced of the females is favourite but she gotta be careful of young French Prospect, Chloe de St. Germain who returns to the F3 Masters Grid after a season out is highly rated and looks like she's gonna give Bell a run of her money, also returning is Brazilian Girl, Karina Sette likewise to St. Germain took a season off too and new to the field is Krystyna Popsisilova so Nadia will have to focus on fighting Ema Nishino to stay ontop at least. So that's 6 females on the field, the most we've ever had in F3 Masters history. (we had 3 in Season 29 and 2 in Season 30)
So that's it to the preview, going to be an exciting season once more and we'll see you tomorrow at 8 as we get underway for qualifying at Pau. Let us know who has your money for this in the forum below:
