Season 66 F1 head to head stats! (Part 2)
We are back with part 2. Yesterday we reviewed the top 5 teams, today we go deeper into the miedfield, taking a look at teams ranked 6th to 10th, leaving the bottom 5 for the following post.
The 6th ranked team was of course McLaren, the highest ranked team amongst those that didn't win a race this season, although they managed two podiums.

This season the McLaren pair was a tale of two parts: On one hand, Asen took the win in the qualifying head to head, and with some margin, but on the other hand McGee finished ahead in most races, ending the season with 103 points to his teammate's 36.
For Lotus, things were a bit closer:

Even so, Reckziegel was ahead both in terms of 1 lap pace and race results, finishing in the top 10 9 times with a total of 26 points to Pinto's 16. Nonetheless, Pinto managed to secure a pole position during the season, which is a good achievement for a team that finished in 7th place.
Next up is Aston, which literally couldn't be closer in most metrics.

Kalnis and Mateus ended up being tied in both head to head stats, but the Latvian driver had 3 top 10s, securing the team's nine points.
If Aston had one of the most close pairings, Ferrari was quite the opposite.

Although Luque wasn't too far off Llorens' pace, it always looked like he was a step behind his countryman, with Llorens beating him 21 out of 24 times in qualifying, and 17 times in race results. Llorens also managed the only two top 10 finishes for the team, securing 3 points and 9th position in the standings for Ferrari.
In 10th we find Chevy, also being last of the teams that managed to score points during the season.

In this case, we find again a pretty balanced pairing, with Blake and Rose being equal in terms of qualifying, but Rose having a bit more during the races, scoring Chevy's only point.
That's it for now, stay tuned for the review of the 11th to 15th teams later on!
Criticism is welcome, but accusations are not
