Back to reality.
After beginning with a bang and gaining popularity in his home town after winning two rookie races, Bobby Sherigar's world has come down crashing back into reality.
Since his famous twin wins Bobby hasnt been able to finish a single race on podium, with many of his races ending unfinished. His qualification attempts have also been found to be wanting with most of his attempts resulting him finishing beyond the 15th position.
He has now realised that an 18 yr old has a long way to go to get anywhere in this tough racing world. He is definitely undergoing strenous training but is wondering if this is having any affect on his performances. He currently has a rating of 69.136 and is ranked 23rd in India.
After consulting with forum experts he has realised that an 18 yr old he has done decently but should'nt expect to win another race this season. He has been adviced to be patient and concentrate on his training and will definitely see some results later in life.
But Bobby isnt known to be a patient man, and his supporters should hope he continues with his training and doesnt give up too soon. Bobby needs to surround himself with positive people rather than critics to get that positive vibe which is very essential and will eventually make a difference between him becoming a top driver and becoming another one of those people who give up when the going gets tough.
His country doesnt have too many active drivers and its very important that he performs so that the sport gains more recognition in his country.
