Ford F1 Seeks New Team Manager
Ford Motorsports F1 Division is in the market for a new Team Manager to take over from long-standing manager Wresdan. In a brief press conference it was announced the the core trio behind the long time MRC club that started life as Rage Motorsports longer ago than most people can remember will be taking a step back from F1 and turning over the reigns to the team.
Wresdan, PaleRider and Lee1950 successfully took Ford from the lowest raked team in F1 when they took it over to a career high of 4th in the championship in season 46 and a consistently top 6 team in the game for the past 12 or 13 seasons.
Having initially hoped to find replacements for themselves within the teams shareholders it's become evident that Ford need to look further afield to find their new manager. Marvo has taken over the day to day duties but we need someone to replace Wresdan.
Responsibilities include financial planning and development (the big one), sponsors, staff hiring and future planning, sponsors, driver contracts and probably a few other things I'm forgetting. Development is the big one.
We will be happy to stick around for a while to help the new management team get to grips with everything and get on their feet and provide whatever materials we have to help for the future.
If you're interested please reach out in a pm to myself or PR. Thanks, Wresdan
