While a very simple analysis says Drivers ar3e what keeps top team on top.. But they do not get the best drivers at the start.

Drivers are important to every F1 team.. But in todays MRC then numbers of drivers in the 4k plus range.. Any of those drivers with 4k rating and 100 personals could step into RBR car and get the same results. F1 MRC is not even the best place to judge the best Managers of drivers in the Game becuase car influence is greater then driver influence in that series.

I remember a few of RBR and Maclaren driver choices was not the highest rated drivers at the time. They went on to get to those 5k rating plus becuase of the power of so little competition by Car qualty they was insured top 5 finished every race.

Now when you talk about Image building with a high rating That is the Key part of F1 money earning potential that keeps the top teams on top. RBR spending 8 million a season easily is 3/4 's Of Mercedes Budget for development alone. It is roughly our entire chassis build money.

So as long as the rich can Buy thier sponsor Offers with Image building How can lowest level teams even make a dent in car qualty during development.

When New enigine supplier engines came out.. I spoke out it was way to high.. It was my belief they top teams spent way less on development actual costs then 7 or 8 season for the costs of supplier engines. It only took season 42 to show I was correct becuase none of top teams said a word. Becuase the knew the costs was much less and thier staff and facilities costs was a Non factor becuase they hoard the best staff to keep thier qualty the best engine or no engine build.

But as I suggested in MRC F1 forum until we limit the number of development staff on a project the top teams Can Hoard and afford to hoard the Best Research teams personel with massive overkill on each project. They Can spend almost as much in Image building to keep their sponsor offers so High they can continue to pay for this staff and use thier entire remaining earnings on the car.

The Net effect of drivers Ratings Can keep all 15 teams in 3 to 4k Ratings drivers every season. Until Image building is totally removed from income and Limits to development staff on projects installed.. No change will happen in F1 MRC.. Its not about good management of bad management it's simply about who has the Most Income! I thought Europeans Hated Capitol ism.. But F1 MRC is all about who has the most Money not who is the BesT!
