Laughingstock?

When Ford was managed by Los Angeles resident and British expat Wresdan, and American Lee1950, and citizen of the world and all-around great guy Pale Rider (actually Austrian, I hope he'll forgive me for that global cirizen remark), we finished 5th or 6th for 12 consecutive seasons with a 4th place finish thrown in for good measure.

I don't think that record quite qualifies as laughingstock material, but maybe that's just me.
