Maximum Training rate is all about early sacrifices
Since I could convince Debik to not reduce training rate which I will Never Support. So how do the players reach all 100 skills.. Simple they make sacrifices to achieve achieve that possibility. My Driver Tex Cobb did just that.. I designed my driver with 100 intel at 18 yo with 90 man management.. That alone means for a starting driver He gets the maximum possible daily train rate a driver can get.. But he sacrifices every skill that will make him faster against every other rookie he will face...
