Whats left for the Drivers to fight for....

The last ‘whats left to fight for’ for this season focuses on the interesting battles in the Drivers championship

Acarini has been uncatchable now for a couple of races, but here is what the rest can do

2nd/3rd Botta and de Saint-Germain Jr are locked into this battle, but PSG needs to win and have Botta finish 8th or less to have a hope – possible – but not likely. This one is Botta’s

4th/5th P.Grandi and D.Dan are 3 points apart in this battle. With the popular favourite being D.Dan who won his first race the last time out. This one could go either way, but my money is on D.Dan claiming 4th before he leaves F1.

6th/7th Libor and Macanga - 6 points apart but Libor’s consistency has him in front even tho Macanga has won a race this year. My money is on Libor, Macanga needs another win to Guarantee 6th.

8th Poucette could be caught, but Tok needs to get a win to do it and I don’t think the WAR is capable of that this season.

9th/10th Tok leads Szabo by 6, certainly if Tok has a DNF then Szabo could easily achieve this, but without misfortune I don’t think Tok is in any real danger.

11th/12th/13th/14th Di Rado, Kaderabek, Frieverts and Janeks are 10 points apart, these four could swap around considerably and with the difference between the top and bottom of this group being 150k who cares!

The rest have only scored 46 points between them – that’s less than half the points available at the last race – so again, who cares!

Good luck to all drivers!

PS if we had double points like the Stupid FIA have, then Acarini still wouldn’t be catchable!
