Dreaming of seeing your driver in Formula 1? Is Porsche your favourite team? Maybe your driver is closer to an F1 seat than you think!

Twice per season, we'll publish our Hot Seat Rankings, highlighting drivers who could be in the running for a seat at Porsche. Whether you're a Porsche shareholder, a fan, or simply someone who wants to support our team, there's a place for you!

The rankings take into account drivers' skills, potential, rating, and your support through activity point donations. And who knows? We may even introduce private cups in the future, giving your driver another opportunity to climb the rankings!

We've also revamped our potential calculation formula! Instead of looking only at a driver's skills and age in years, we now calculate their potential for every single day, giving us a much more accurate picture of their development. The formula is based on the skill progression of several of Porsche's top drivers from previous seasons, with former Formula 1 champion Andrej Vidmar providing the closest benchmark. A potential of 100% means your driver is on track to max out all F1-relevant skills just before they start to decline.
