B.I.S, Mediterranean Cruise

The British Invitational Series is back!

The series starts on week 5 and, as the title suggests, it will be a Cruise around the Med.
We'll meet up with our Cruise Ship the "S.S Holesome" at Barcelona for the first event at Montjuic, after 2 races its time to board the "Holesome" and head to Monaco for a couple of races on the short circuit. Then its back on board our trusty (or is that rusty?) vessel for a trouble free cruise to a vague area near to Rome for some exciting racing around the Colosseum.
After we've headed back to the ship (?) we make our second stop of the cruise on Italian soil, this time its Sicily for a double header at Racalmuto.
Next, its an overnight booze cruise to Greece, to sample the delights of Piraeus, then we're off to Cypress for 2 runs of the Achna circuit.
Back on board the "Holesome" (is she sitting lower in the water?) and a long trek now, back across the Med, to Sardinia (a beautiful island) and the Autodromo di Mores for the last of the mixed length races.
Off to Libya next, and the long, high speed, street circuit at Tripoli for back to back endurance races (this should break a few cars and drivers). More endurance races coming up as we head to Algiers and pay a visit to Staouli.
We return to our ship (its definetly listing to port now) and after another boozy night of partying and racing talk (excuses more like) we arrive back in the country where it all started, Spain, for the last 2 races of the series in Valencia.
After waving a fond farewell to the "Holesome" (is that just the bridge that i can see poking out of the water? Oh, well, goodbye Holey) We'll head back to good ole Blighty to celebrate the winners and recall stories of our wonderful Mediterranean Cruise, during a banquet of Sunday Roasts, fish and chips and apple pie and custard.
