I second the whole thing

Adamski pretty much said what I had in mind lol, but I'm going to say my personal point of view and experience.

I've chatted with the guys in the venting thread over why new users don't even last a week on the game which pretty much started the debate, I had a message from a new user saying he had no help from the manual or instructions whatsoever, I barely get asked for help but to be honest, it's the least of our problems.

The main problem we got to fix is the Series Ranking because I'm pretty much a victim of that, the driver I had won a F3 regional series last season against an overpowered driver but basically it was down to consistency, I didn't have time to do the mathematics but approximately I had about 300-500k in the ratings, there are other drivers, same age as mine, barely could reach top end of the field in a very very competitive series such as NASCAR or V8 Supercars, even the new Porsche Supercup challenge and World GT, no matter which one it is, they still get them boiling hot ratings compared to what I have, might be down to the ballast success percentages that some other guys struggle to understand, basically if you go to any F3 series, I don't care if it's regional or national or even major, it's like you win national, it's the same to finishing in the top 3 at regional and a top 5 in a major one and you barely get anything for missing out on an overall championship in the rookie series. I've also heard winning very very lowly favourable F2 South America series has a higher rating than winning the brand new very overrated Superb Formula series which is something that doesn't feel right and also, overpowered drivers make a huge difference because it's them who are blocking you from stepping up, it's not your fault if you've beaten them sometimes so hard that their career flopped. Ok that's enough with the puns now, it's another reason why other experienced users give up. Even though we changed the series format massively for the last couple of seasons and the issue is still ongoing.
