Toro Rosso has a "class acts" in Yato73 and Luchino Granelli

Toro Rosso has a class organization but no more so than what they have in manager Yato73 and his driver Luchino Granelli. Their team first attitude is the kind of approach that is coveted all around the F1 pits. Yato73 is a valued team member of Toro Rosso and has showed everyone in the organization how to act like a professional. I recently talked with team majority share holder Mal1234 and asked him about the contributions of these two class acts.

Luchino Granelli has been with the team for a few seasons now, how would you some up his performance?

10 out of 10 as a driver he was never afraid to experiment with his car setup or race strategy to try get the best result for the team. Most of the time his ideas worked out and at times they did not which I did not mind as he was giving 100% effort and time to the team. His race results probably not a true reflection of his skills and pretty sure he had offers from other teams but he choose to stay with us and I will be forever grateful to him for making that decision. You never know we still might see him in Toro Rosso car in the future but only time knows the answer to that.

Yato73 seems to be well liked by Toro Rosso members, what are your thoughts on what he has given to this team?

Yes he is very much liked and respected team member just by being himself and being honest with the team and me in everything he does. He puts the team first before his own needs, ideas, and thoughts which has helped use grow to the team we are today and by doing this it has pushed me to be a better manager. When he first arrived to the team he wanted to know everything about F1 and how it worked so much so I made him my assistant and from time to time he has run the team. I am looking forward in working with this great manager for many seasons to come.

Here is just a few of the accomplishments that this duo have achieved over the years:

Season 3- Won the rookie series
Season 4- Won the Formula 3 American Series
Season 9- Won the Indy Junior International Series
Season 10,12 and 13- Won the NASC Gold Cup Series
Season 14 to present- Driver for F1 team Toro Rosso

In closing I would just like to say I have learned a lot about how a true professional goes about his business and I can only hope to achieve what Luchino Granelli and Yato73 have accomplished together.
