Hilton Ecstatic After First Victory
Kasey Hilton was trailing Tapansi Kansa by over ten seconds with five laps to go in extremely wet conditions on the wonderful track of Trois-Rivières. He knew it would take a miracle/tragic mistake by Kansa to hand him this victory. He was counting on it. Suddenly, Kasey noticed Tapansi was indeed ducking into the pitlane. "What is going on?!" His crew chief told him that he was unsure and just told him to remain calm and not bin it before the chequered flag.
...
Hilton took full advantage of this situation, managed to hold off Igor Igorko, and prevailed with his first ever victory, at long last. "Oh my God... so this is what it feels like to win... what an amazing race this was. Tapansi was dominant, man. He had this race. He's an excellent driver. Igor had me very nervous as well. I've raced at this track at least four times; it's one of my favorites. I can't believe what I've just achieved... this is surely gonna be the first of many more to come!"
On that note, Hilton ran to his hauler to be left alone with some of his famous friends, and "Summer" by Calvin Harris could be heard blaring in the hauler.
