B15 Racing F1: the truth
Every negative behavior is not allowed in B15 Racing, including bad performance in purpose, lying about what I sad to anybody, hurt anybody feelings and make mad mood in the community. You don't know me yet and this was the first time, so I will ignore it. But next time if I see somebody try to sabotage the community and/or the performance, he/she will be banned from B15 Racing family, whoever it was.
Sadly I had to make kind of this decision in the past at the Club, I don't want to do it in F1, but I'll do it if I needed....

"Yes folks it is true, the B15 Formula 1 team is tanking and telling there drivers that losing is not only acceptable but that we should lose and spend no money."
- I never tell any driver "loosing" is acceptable. Honestly, I doesn't even know what "losing" is meaning in this case.
"Wonder was told that the team WILL NOT be hiring mechanics because it will then better there position on the track and that is not what they want to do."
- I never told Wonder I will not hiring mechanics and don't want better positions. Who the f*** says like this and why?
"Now he finds out that B15 is actually doing their best to sabotage their drivers and lose on purpose."
- I don't even know how to do that, I just started learning to manage an F1 team from zero. :D
"He (*Wonder) will also be doing his best to lose every race as instructed using wet tires when it is dry and dry tires when it is wet. "
- That's exacly what I call sabotage...
"I emailed him multiple times with zero answer back as well. So no excuses. Not only did I email him multiple times with no answer back but a few people that were trying to help him never got any answers back from him either in the last 30 days."
- Never have e-mail from him, even in personal messages he replied for me after 2 months(!), then he needed to wait almost a week...

About season 60 after the great season 59 car:
"...I was told it was going to be around the same and we were looking to win."
"Boczy even said Winning is our goal this year"
"after talking to the owner they are happy to finish as low as possible instead of trying to finish as high as possible."
"and being told in private that you dont care if we finish 21st or 30th you are sabatoging your drivers."

As I sad before, I need to learn how to manage an F1 team, and there is lot to learn... :-) For example, I didn't know there is two kind of chat there and non of them is showing if there is new comment in there, like in Club chat... Maybe it's because the new UI, or something else, I will look after it and try to be more active in both chat. Sorry for that from all of you.
Sir_ErikSalama and nicorz is helping me, but usually they say the opposite so it's hard to know what is good. Sir_ErikSalama helps with short term, like buying new engine for this season and contract with new drivers for next season. nicorz have a long term plans what makes time and already mad at me to waste money for this season, but I hate be in the last places all the time, so I hope he will help me more to avoid that in the future.
Sir_ErikSalama, nicorz and Nono all the users in the game who tried to even help me in any way, so whatever happened and will happen, I'll be always thankful that for them.
nicorz is doing his best (I hope so... :-D), he give a tons of information what is hard for me to take in and understand, so I need to trust him blindly. My plan is to know the game through what he say and after a time I can make my own decisions.
Please be patient with me, I'll do my best and try to learn the game to be clever enough to one day build a winning car. Thanks for your attention and good luck for anybody for the 2nd half of the season!
