Mercedes Car for season 42 is out!

Being the Manager of Mercedes is a real challenge for me but i am enjoying myself. Each season I get a chance to talk to our fans and shareholders and talk about our progress. While this Car in season 42 is about equal so far to last season car where it finished. That is good becuase in 12 days it will be alot better then last season car.

Next about the Engine debate. With Mercedes it was simply no debate! We could not afford to build an engine so Our Only choice was to buy one. This is way it should be Becuase Thats is EXACTLY how it is in Real F1 I hear so plainly all the time when i suggest something slightly different to liven up F1 racing! So once again No debate from me in F1 forum. I have plenty of shareholders that monitor F1 forum to inform me when i need to read it..

As good friend of mine suggested. The Best way to read F1 forum since the very beginning Get drunk drink Beer and eat chips. Then Read F1 forum.. It better for your heart that way and your sanity!

Now Back to Mercedes. We have come along way in 3 seasons. I red ink finally shrinking. Our staff is stablized. Assistant managers are learn how to run Mercedes! For example we Have a Pit crew where our staff does not have to make moves off projects! We have 2 engineers dedicated to preparing the car for each Race! This is new For season 42.

Are we wasting Money with staff and facilities some would say we are.. Other might point out our staff skills are to low. Our chief's and team leaders suck.

But somehow we Managed to get 2 really good drivers to drive our Car. First we Have Fedor DostoeskiY RUS. He is very capable and has done extremely well in F2 World. So he has been preparing for awhile. His rating is over 4k! Second we Have Avery Carter UK He has been racing Formula E but is also 13th world for his rating. Both these driver are excited to Race for Mercedes and we are excited to have them in our Car. They are free to learn exchange ideas and Have our previous Drivers and shareholders exchange ideas. Why becuase I am a Driver as well it should be Fun.. We will bring the fun Back in Racing and Winning!

Look for Mercedes Car to finish higher this season Then last season!
