My two cents

As Deuce has pointed out in the forum there are some problem with allowing managers to have two drivers. Messing up the way MRC Formula 1 works is the main issue. To some extent some of us already use our driver to help our Formula 1 team and we only have one. I know me and some other Porsche Racing shareholders would use our second driver to support the team and I am sure other teams would do it too. Because of that, this is a bad idea in my opinion. There are better solutions out there that would have a similar or even better effect.

For example, in the past there was a lot of talk about having U18 drivers in addition to our main driver. The way I see it, you would be able to create a driver from age 8 to age 17. Under 18 drivers would be able to compete in go-karts and after turning 12 in National F3 series. This is because I would eliminate all national F3 series and move them to U18 racing. This would create fuller and more exciting series. For me the main issue with MRC is that season series racing in not competitive enough for the majority of driver's career.
Anyhow, when a driver turns 18 you would be able to promote him. His skills would reset on promotion, however you would get bonus skills from 1 to 10 depending on the successes of your U18 driver. Maybe the bonus should range only from 1 to 5, so that managers who chose to race with only one driver are not handicapped too much.
Of course U18 driver wouldn't be able to hire staff and their money couldn't not be used to sponsor Formula 1 teams.

On the other hand I do support the idea of teams, specially in conjunction with clans.

In the end I would also like to invite all manager with too much time on their hand to contact me. At Porsche Racing we always welcome new individuals who are willing to put in the time, the energy and the effort! I am sure we would find a job for you.
