Week out of hell for St.Lukase
We all have bad weeks. But nowhere near as bad as Kyle St. Lukase's week for the start of the S14 F3 British Series. The 19 year old qualified 5th on the grid and was optimistic for Friday's race. But on Thursday things took an unexpected twist as his long term girlfriend died from cancer, St. Lukase said "I may purchase a super licence and have cancer research stickers on my helmet. Every time I win my manager will donate £1 real to cancer research so let's hope I win a lot" his week was destroyed by 2 DNF's at Donnington Park. The first of which was on lap 2.
" my first crash the car was fine, I just though of my late Girlfriend and veered off the circuit, the 2nd however, the car was impossible to drive. Things got hairy and I was lucky to not take out more than myself."
St. Lukase will wish to come back strong next time. Until then the team Earthquake garage is trying to comfort the heartbroken driver.
